Revive tired legs, hips, and shoulders

Compression Recovery

Controlled, rhythmic pressure in a zero gravity lounger. Thirty minutes to boost circulation, ease soreness, and recover.

Recovery, borrowed from the pros

Let the Pressure Do the Work

Compression therapy is a non invasive treatment that applies controlled, targeted pressure to the limbs using specialized pneumatic sleeves. Sit back in one of our zero gravity loungers and let the sleeves wrap your legs, hips, or shoulders, then massage them in slow, rhythmic waves that help move metabolic waste along and ease muscle fatigue.

Every session is crafted to boost circulation, diminish swelling, and soothe muscle soreness, so whether you arrive from a hard workout or a long day on your feet, you leave feeling lighter.

Why legs love it

The Benefits of Compression

Enhanced Circulation

Sequential pressure encourages blood flow throughout the body, delivering oxygen to tissue and clearing the waste that builds up after exertion.

Accelerated Recovery

Bounce back faster from workouts and minor strains as soreness and inflammation ease, so the next session feels like a fresh start.

Relief From Swelling

Targeted compression helps reduce swelling in the limbs and the heaviness that can come with travel, long shifts, or conditions like lymphedema and varicose veins.

Your Zone, Your Choice

Legs, hips, or shoulders: choose the area that worked hardest and settle in for thirty minutes.

How it works

Thirty Minutes, Start to Finish

You recline, our team fits the sleeves to the area you have chosen, and the session begins. Chambers inflate one after another from the farthest point inward, mimicking the body's natural muscle pump so pressure sweeps toward the heart the way a skilled massage would, then releases and begins again.

Pressure is adjustable, the lounger is built for dozing, and thirty minutes passes more quickly than you would expect. Bring a book, or bring nothing at all.

Who Compression Is For

01

The Athlete

Shorten the road back from training, a race, or a hard reformer class and step into the next one on fresh legs.

02

The Long Day

Hours on your feet, a cramped flight, or a desk that never lets you move: compression brings the lightness back.

03

The Simply Restful

No agenda required. Recline, breathe, and let a slow, rhythmic massage carry the tension away.

The Add On After Pilates

A strong reformer or mat session asks a lot of your legs and core. Thirty minutes of compression right afterward is the kindest way to answer, and the ideal excuse to linger a little longer at the studio.
